Background
As part of the Falkirk Schools Gateway project, CMS Enviro Systems Ltd were appointed by Ogilvie Construction as main contractor for aluminium curtain walling and window and door systems at the new build Alloa Academy.

Brief
The scope of work for the new school incorporated design, manufacture and installation of an ambitious glazing work package to be completed on budget and within a programmed work period.

Systems
The specifications integrated the use of Senior Aluminium System SMR 900 curtain walling, SPW600 windows and SD, SFG door and glazing systems and 'Coolite' Low 'E' glass.

• Library section finished with feature 3 stepped irregular colour glass to 3 sides
• 20m high internal library curtain walling
• Link corridor curtain walling
