Background
CMS Enviro Systems were contracted by Dawn Construction to manufacture and install external and internal glazing works, consisting of aluminium curtain walling and aluminium window and door systems in the new build Deans Community High School in Livingston.

Brief
The old school was demolished and replaced with a modern, state of the art building, enhanced by a wide range of new facilities including additional classrooms, games hall, dance studios, fitness rooms, swimming pools and full size all-weather synthetic pitches.

Systems
Senior Aluminium Secured by Design pivot windows, SRW 600 series windows, SMR 900 Curtain walling and SD /SFG door and glazing systems.

Key Areas

• Curtain walling which included main entrance glazed canopy
• Courtyard curtain walling :- featuring oversized double
• glazed units 15m x 6m high using single span mullion
