SYSTEM 17- LATITUDE CURTAIN WALLING

The Latitude Curtain Walling system has been developed as an extension to the standard System 17 High Rise Curtain Walling to offer flush vertical joints while emphasising the horizontal transoms with aluminium caps. The System is designed to have pressure plate and cover cap to horizontal members, and flush vertical joints between glass units, using either a silicone or gasket sealed detail. The system accommodates 32mm or 34mm units only. Where large transom centres are required the units can be recessed to facilitate a concealed mechanical restraint operation.

SYSTEM 17 SP CURTAIN WALLING

The silicone pointed curtain walling system has been developed as an extension to the standard System 17 High Rise Curtain Walling to offer flush vertical and horizontal joints. The system incorporates specially made double glazed units which are clamped directly into the curtain walling frame. The horizontal and vertical joints between the glass units are then silicone pointed to give a flush finish to the external facade. The SP System accommodates 32mm, 34mm, and 36mm unit thicknesses, with specific glass and cavity combinations. The System 17 Latitude vent may be incorporated within the SP System.

SYSTEM 17 - 50MM HIGH RISE

This system is designed for use in multi-storey and roof glazing applications and is capable of accommodating a variety of glazing, panel and opening options. As with all curtain walling systems, intermediate tie backs to the structure may be required subject to site conditions. The basic suite is comprised of structural profiles, spigots, pressure plates and thermal isolators. A wide range of caps allows the designer to select from a variety of aesthetic solutions. Alternative silicone pointed and frameless vent options are available using System 17 Latitude, SSB and SP. A further unitised modular option is available using System 17 Cassette. Various other bespoke profiles can be produced allowing architects to achieve flexible designs. Glazing options are available for a variety of unit thicknesses.

4-20HI+ CASEMENT WINDOW

The Metal Technology Thermally-Broken Commercial Casement Window has been designed to offer the specifier the advantages of polyamide thermal break technology in meeting the latest thermal requirements of the current building regulations. The basic suite has short and long equal leg sections to accommodate all expected frame options and all applications. The system can be glazed internally or externally and accommodate double glazing from 24mm through to 32mm units.

1-30 POLYAMIDE REVERSIBLE WINDOW

A polyamide thermally broken top swing window that offers a dual colour/finish facility and a range of externally beaded glazing options. System 1-30 Reversible windows can be reversed through 180deg to facilitate internal cleaning while ensuring the opening vent does not project into the room.

SYSTEM 5-20 TILT AND TURN WINDOW

The basic suite has short, medium and long leg outer frame sections to accommodate all expected frame options and applications. Also included in the basic suite of profiles are a wide range of vent and mullion/transom sections. Various other profiles can be designed and incorporated allowing architects to achieve flexible designs. The system is glazed internally to accommodate 24mm through to 32mm double glazed units. Fixed panes may be externally glazed with the addition of a liner bar.

DOOR SYSTEMS

5-20D Door System

The 5-20D Door System makes use of the standard System 5-20 outer frames together with the standard mullion and transom options. Included in the basic suite of profiles are drip rails to divert driving rain. Various other profiles can be designed and incorporated allowing architects to achieve flexible designs. The system is glazed internally and accommodates 28mm double glazing.
