Capital Gains for CMS Enviro Systems

CMS Enviro Systems has beaten off stiff competition to win a City of Edinburgh Council European Housing Tender.

The 4-year European framework agreement sees the City of Edinburgh Council commission CMS Enviro Systems for the supply and installation of 100% lead, barium and cadmium free PVCu windows to thousands of Council owned properties in the city. As well as the window replacement programme, CMS has also been commissioned to recycle all of the extracted windows and doors which will avoid them being sent to landfill. The project is helping to make the properties compliant with the standards outlined in the 2016 Scottish Housing Standard Bill.

Andrew Kerr, managing director of CMS Enviro Systems, said: "CMS are looking forward to providing the full service window replacement programme to the City of Edinburgh Council. The 4-year framework will see CMS closing the loop by supplying, installing and recycling windows to thousands of council properties."
