Tilt & Turn

The CMS range of tilt and turn windows offer a wide choice of sashes, system styles and bead finishes to provide optimum appearance, weather performance and ease of operation.

European in its styling, the tilt and turn windows has gained popularity in both the commercial and domestic sectors, particularly where cleaning from the inside is a requirement. CMS tilt and turn windows are compatible with other CMS window, door and curtain walling systems.

Composition

Sections extruded from impact modified 100% lead free PVC complying with BS7413.

Appearance

Smooth surface in white or woodgrain to match traditional casement styling.

Size

Windows are manufactured to customers' specifications. Maximum recommended size or individual opening lights is 1550mm W x 1550mm H, although larger sizes are possible.

Fittings and Hardware

CMS tilt and turn windows incorporate the roto tilt and turn gear which has a large number of safety/security options and a wide range of aesthetically pleasing range of handles and fittings are available.

Maintenance

The tilt and turn mechanism should be kept free of debris and sprayed with lubricant/protective coating at six-monthly intervals.

Weatherseals and Gaskets

All CMS windows and doors come with fully co-extruded weatherseals and gaskets which are welded at the corners to give exceptional weathertightness.
